Standard Road Craft and Behavioural Coaching

These one-to-one courses consist of a 1hr classroom presentation followed by a 2hr 30 min formal driving assessment. We can offer a seven hour assessment if a client feels the delegate would benefit from this. 

The course aims to provide a full risk assessment of the driver and constructive coaching to improve behaviour and habits. The main aspects of the training include speed awareness and discipline, distance, awareness, observations and hazard perception. 

A comprehensive assessment report (containing a risk score) and certification is issued to the manager upon completion.

Electric Vehicle

This training covers:

- Automatic vehicle considerations (including safe operation of pedals)

- Automatic vehicle shifter positions

- Regenerative braking and driving modes

- Acceleration

- Speed

- Ancillary equipment considerations

- Silent running

- Compliance with road traffic laws

Post Collision

This course has been designed for drivers who have been involved in a road traffic collision. Every course is flexible and formatted to meet the delegates' needs.

It begins in the classroom, which is noy only used to remind the driver of their legal responsibilities but is also used as a mechanism to try and understand why the driver was involved in a collision in the first place. Very often, the conversations in the classroom form/clarify the aims and objectives for learning on the road. 

Speed Awareness

This course is of particular interest to UK business owners who continue to be hit hard in the pocket by speeding fines. We offer bespoke on-road training to help car drivers tackle the behaviours that can lead to speeding, improve knowledge of the law and to highlight best practice when behind the wheel.

Eco Driving

Businesses of all sizes have been registering for this course as part of their ongoing efforts to reduce running costs. We offer on-road training which can provide some simple yet highly effective tips and techniques to help car drivers reduce the fuel and wear-and-tear on a company vehicle. This can aid in keeping vehicles running for longer.

UK Familiarisation

This course is designed for those who are working in the UK for a short time and will be required to drive a car, along with those who have moved to the UK and do not feel confident with the road layouts. The course will help those individuals have a better understanding of the different road types and rules governing UK roads.

Grey Fleet Drivers

As a diligent company you will understand the need to ensure Grey Fleet Drivers are well informed, safe and considerate car drivers. Our on-road training will improve awareness of speed limits and the Highway Code, vehicle familiarisation (vehicle controls) and vehicle checks and safe vehicle loading.
